In 2019, after having been being involved with VU for 10 years, industry pros
Elliott O'Connor and Big Billy Clark teamed up to bring VocalizeU to a whole new level. Taking a fresh approach to the modernized music, streaming, and social media industries, they're excited to add even more to what VU offers.
At twelve years old Elliott fell in love with not just music, but the music business. Driven by heroes such as Eminem and Lil Wayne, he saw a future in getting involved in the music business. Growing up around Hollywood with his grandfather actor Robert Culp, amongst entertainers, artists, and successful business people, he found passion in getting behind launching an artist’s musical endeavors.
Upon graduating high school, Elliott was invited to work in Los Angeles on staff as part of the summer VocalizeU Artist Intensive. There he saw young artists become successful, seeing that not only do you have to have talent to begin with, but a drive to nurture that talent, and a team who wholeheartedly believes in you.
Elliott became involved with and witnessing the growth of Bones, Diego Boneta, Bishop Briggs, and many more, which brought him into the forefront of the industry. Today Elliott manages his brother, Bones, who is the biggest independent act in the United States. He is also currently part of the development of the Rolling Loud festival series, the biggest hip-hop festival in the world.
